You can tell from our name that our main business is none other than… you guessed it — MAILING! 

We like to call ourselves a middle sized mailing company. What that basically means is that if you are looking to mail 13 million invoices every week, or need someone to mail out your Christmas cards every year — we’re not for you. (note - we just mailed 3300 Christmas cards for a hedge fund - so now we've even done that)!

Our specialty is working with institutions and businesses who maintain mailing lists of between 600 and six hundred thousand. While our service is in printing addresses onto envelopes or postcards, our value is in making sure that your postage bill is as little as it has to be. We will guide you through each step of the way to make sure that your mailing project is executed correctly. By the way, if you are looking to market to new people, we may be able to find a good list for you. And if you plan to use your own printer, you can check with us, perhaps we can find someone more reliable, or of better quality, or perhaps cheaper or faster. And if you need a design, well, we’ve done thousands of designs for clients.

We use computerized inkjet technology and barcode your mail to get the best postage. We can use your permit or ours, or stamps if you like. We’ll tell you when your job is mailed, and we’ll call you if there’s a problem. We’ll suggest the best postage class to use — lately we’ve found the cheaper standard mail gets delivered really fast within Brooklyn at least. We’ll help you apply for non profit status if you qualify, we're friendly with the Brooklyn PO and will guide you through the process.
